Rules

If you ever come across someone breaking a rule, or you yourself are victim to rule breakers, please message me (Mike)
Please take note of what someone may be doing against the rules and if possibe, record evidence.

When I recieve a report on you, I will first research evidence and look into your player/area myself to gather more information, and then talk to you about what you have done wrong, and what action Myself, and others may come to. (Some cases may have other people to weigh in to a decision, though ultimately I will be the judge on what will happen.)

Different Punishments will apply depending on your actions on breaking the rules. Severity of punishments will depend on what rules you have broken. Punishments are as follows:

• Perminent Realm & Discord Ban

• Perminent Realm Ban

• Whole Player Reset (Reset Money, Items, Enderchest, Stats)

• Temporary Realm Ban (Varying Disclosed Time)

• Temporary or Perminent Area Bans (Being Banned from a Specified Area in-game)

• Long-term in-game Debuffs (Such as Weakness, Less Health, Less Speed)

• Temporary or Perminent Area Lock (Locked to a certain area)

By spoken rules I mean any rules I will set at a specific time, for example If I was to say not to use a certain feature or go to a certain location. If you choose to go against me, or someone else's wishes, action may be taken and you may be punished.

Hacking of any kind is a bannable offence.
If you have been found to be hacking within the realm of any kind, such as self-operating, you will be perminently removed from the realm.
The only people I should ever see in Creative is Myself or occasionally the Slimetopia Architects when permitted.

Duplication for blocks and items is obviously possible in Minecraft.
It is against the rules to duplicate Valuable items & blocks (eg, Econemy related items, Loot Boxes, Ingots, Gems)
The only things that I allow to duplicate are simple kelp farms etc!

If you have been found to be stealing items and/or animals from another person, you will be expected to return the items / animals, otherwise you may go through the punishment system.
(Obviously if this was a joke to someone then it should not be much of a problem, as long as things are returned!)

Griefing isn't fair to anyone. Please treat other people's builds with respect.

If you have been found to be griefing, you will be put through punishment systems depending on how major the damage is.

Considering the previous two rules (Stealing, Griefing) some people may use that as a fighting tactic of somesort. 

If 2 (Or more) sets of people are declaring 'Wars' it would need to be consensual for both parties otherwise, it will be counted as breaking the rules.

Please make sure you are kind to each other. I would not like to hear about anyone being negative to one another. Action will be taken if you are found to be intentionally bullying another person.

Please consider that young people also play on the realm, try make yourself aware on who shouldn't be exposed to mature language and visuals.
If you are unsure who is not allowed to view these things, its best to just avoid doing anything unless you're certain about someone's maturity. (It's Minecraft, try to behave.)

This also includes things in the Discord Server. Although I have certain channels to not contain non-mature people, some channels are still mixed to please be mindfull.

Please be considerate to everyone. Our community is very diverse and some things may come off as offensive, so please be careful with your words.
Please do not bully people. Be kind, it's a Minecraft server, we only want kindness here.
Please do not be rude to people, do not be dismissive or disrespectful.
Please do not make anyone uncomfortable, this also includes certain jokes. Do not contact people who do not wish to talk to you.
These things are punishable and may lead to server restrictions or a ban.
