About Player Plot Shops

Player shops are here and here's what you need to know about them...

I reccommend reading all the information on the page before filling out the forms!

1.The Main Form:

If you want to run your own shop, there's a little form to fill out (because mike loves his forms), this form will help you and I understand the requirements of your shop, such as plot size and NPC requirements.

2.The NPC Form:

If you need NPCs, you will need to fill out this form after filling out the information on the main form.

3.Building Your Shop

Ok so you've got an idea on what plot you're going with and what you're wanting to sell. pick out a nice flat area to mark out your plot size for yourself, to know how big you can go! build your shop but please keep the tips and rules in mind!

Tips And Rules:

-Make sure not to build over your plot border.
-You can go as high as you need (as long as it's not silly), though you shouldn't build below the ground of your border, as this is where I need to lay out the redstone to make your shop work!
-Make sure you have a small area (at least a 3x3x3 room) to have a management area, an area that only you can access so you can manage your store's money account and restock your store if you choose to use NPCs.
-If using NPCs, use signs to mark out where you want them!

4.Inspection:

Once your shop is built, or if you need any help at all, talk to me, Mike! I will come on and you can show me all the details I need to know about your shop and I will run you through anything that would need changing.

5.Shop Movement (For Us):

Once your shop has passed inspection, we will go to the Shopping District and pick out a place for your shop to go. When we are happy with the location, I will pick it up with my almighty hands and throw it, hoping for it to land in the shopping district.

6.Datapack Prepping (For Mike):

Once your shop has been moved, I will need to set up your shop's internals in a little datapack to help run it's management! I will personally let you know how things are going whilst I'm working on it, and once I've finished with it.

7.Stocking:

Your shop will now be ready to stock, if you are using an NPC shop, you will talk to your management bot which you will find in your management area of your shop!

8.Upkeep Money & Opening:

Your shop is ready to go! Deposit enough money into your management bot and your shop will officially open as soon as your shop's balance is above the specified upkeep amount!
Upkeep is taken every Wednesday (In real life), so just make sure your balance will have at least double of your upkeep amount to stay open!
If you have an NPC shop, the money that is recieved from players will go straight into your store's account, meaning your store in a way will be self-suataining, the only thing you'd need to worry about is making sure it's stocked up!

9.Website Page Feature:

Once everything is up and running, I will get a photo of your character in front of your shop, and create an information page for the Player Shops page on this website! Along with this, players can leave a rating and feedback that can be sent to you on request!
Average Ratings will be displayed on the website once it has at least 5 ratings!

Any Further Questions?
